By using ParlayFree, you agree to these terms. Plain language. No fine-print games. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What ParlayFree is
ParlayFree is a self-directed recovery tool for people who want to stop or reduce sports betting. It is software. It is not a medical service, therapy, or clinical treatment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The DSM-5 self-assessment inside the app is informational only and is not a clinical diagnosis.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ParlayFree. By creating an account or starting a subscription, you confirm that you are. The app is not intended for minors and is rated 17+ on the App Store.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping any credentials secure. You can create an account anonymously. No real name. No email required. If you add an email later, keep it accurate so we can help you recover the account if needed.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to ParlayFree requires an active subscription. There is no permanent free tier. You start with a 7-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
iOS subscriptions. Billing happens through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel any subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
Web subscriptions. Billing happens through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support@parlayfree.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period before access is paused.
Anonymous use
You can use ParlayFree without sharing your real name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information. We mean it. Anonymous accounts have full access to every feature.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ParlayFree for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to exploit the app
- Post content in any community feature that harasses, threatens, doxes, or demeans others
- Impersonate other users, ParlayFree staff, or any other person or organization
- Promote sportsbooks, betting strategies, or gambling content of any kind
- Share any information that enables other users to bet
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.
User content
Anything you write in ParlayFree belongs to you. That includes journal entries, check-in notes, partner messages, and community posts. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the app. We do not use your content to train any AI model. We do not sell or share it.
Anything you post to a public community space is visible to other members. Don't share personal information you would not want others to see. We are not responsible for what other users post but we will remove content that violates these terms.
No medical or financial advice
ParlayFree provides recovery tools and education. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Talk to a licensed professional for those things. The money-saved estimates inside the app are calculated from numbers you enter and are estimates only. Not financial guidance.
Disclaimer of warranties
ParlayFree is provided as-is and as-available. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Recovery is hard and individual results vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParlayFree, its founders, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using ParlayFree any time. You can delete your account from the iOS app's settings screen or by emailing support@parlayfree.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and by email if we have one on file. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
